Shorty's "Henderson Valley Eggs" post reminded me that TBS has started showing unedited episodes of Mr. Show really late at night, which is good since HBO deserted it a while ago. In case you haven't seen it, Mr. Show is easily one of the best sketch show of all time. Some people say it's the "Monty Python of America", but seeing as how I never got into Python, I cannot comment.
Favorite quotes from Mr. Show:
"Take it from me, I love you!"
"I ain't afraid of no rolley-coaster!"
And many, many more.

unedited episodesunedited? are you serious?
Reverend Dupree: "Now I have a question and I know you all have it, too. WHAT is up Satan's ass? All he wants to do is fuck us up, the dicklicker! The lord said, 'I am the light of the world.' Now he could of easily have said, 'I am King Shit of Fuck Mountain... Why would you FUCK with me?' I'm the only preacher with the fucking balls, and you know this, to say, 'Satan I damn thee, you shit-eating, cock-sucking, mother-fucking son of a b!' Can I get a fuckin' a?"

I'm hungry for some Mustmayostardayonnaise.
Car Wash Change Thief Action Squad
I have Seasons 1-3 on DVD, and should have bought #4 already, since it has most of my favorite episodes. Hmm, I still need to give Christmas ideas to some family members. :)

Give me The Story of Everest any day. Or Sad Songs Are Nature's Onions ("Mouthful of Sores" by Willips Brighton has me rolling every time).
Yeah, and NO WAY they are airing unedited episodes. Are they even running them commercial free? Maybe you mean uninterrupted?

Well isn't TBS cable? Comedy Central can get away with showing stuff unedited late at night (such as the South Park movie), so why not TBS?

It is and it isn't. It is broadcast channell 17 here in the Big A. They can (and I think sometimes do) change content from the broadcast to the cable, but it is a rare occurance.

I was told by a co-worker that WTBS is showing it as well, although I have not watched it yet. I should tell TiVo to get this for me. I have not seen Mr. Show in over 4.5 years.

Sweet, I've never watched this but have heard great things about it (I'm a big Odenkirk fan). Got this on my Tivo list as we speak :)

Well, there's one episode that briefly shows a woman reading to children ... while topless. I think it's in a segue from the opening of the show into the first skit. If they show her boobs on TBS, then I think we can confirm they're unedited.

I do vaguely remember that episode, but I don't remember them actually showing her boobs. Are you sure they do? If it didn't happen in Season 4, I should check my DVD's to find that part. :D
