Playlist Suggestions

My music tastes are generally on the lighter side of eclectic, 80s rock, showtunes, the dreaded 'adult contemporary'. Finding I like a lot of Bowling for Soup.

Don't know how to describe my mood lately, but the songs finding their way onto my playlist are Dream On (Aerosmith), Paint it Black (Stones), Silent Lucidity (Queensryche), and a handful of Blind Guardian (Nightfall in Middle Earth).

Go ahead, laugh - I'm not the hippest person out there musically speaking. Consider this an opportunity to instruct.

I'm looking for songs that would fit well into my current 'playlist'. Any suggestions?

Show tunes? Hehe, anyway, if you like the dreaded 'adult contempory' I'd recommend Snow Patrol's (awful name I know, but they're British ;) ) "Final Straw" and REM's new album.
