formation question for FOF

if i play the 4/3 defense


is the goalline formation in the gameplan, be using the 4/3 defense?

do i pick that if i want to run a 4/3 defense.

i am wondering because when it says goalline formation , i am thinking its just for close to the goalline only?

I think it's also used for obvious-run, short-yardage plays as well, but don't quote me on that.

do i have to put a number for goalline formation in the gameplan?

if i put zero for goal line formation on gameplan , will it still use my 4/3 defense?

In the goal line defense your free safety is replaced with a defensive lineman. So if you run a 4-3, you'll have 5 DLs, 3 LBs, 2 CBs, an a SS. I want my coach to have the option of bringing in the extra DL in any very obvious, short yardage running situation, so I don't limit it to the inisde the 3 game plan.

As for the number to input in the game plan, the help file explains:

"A `50' for Goal Line package does not mean your team will send in the goal line unit in 50 percent of potential goal line situations. It means that your coach will assess the situation, and has an average likelihood of sending in that personnel package, compared to other coaches."
