Can't find FOF file

I'm trying to setup my MP and solo leagues again using this:

But cannot find what he refers to as the "frfoot.fcy" I've looked in every folder but it isn't there. Can someone give me a hand?

Is it possible you just moved it around and renamed it? I was in an MP league and eventually had to leave due to time constraints, but moved it into a random folder and it took me forever to find it because I'd renamed it. Sounds simple, but if you can just search for the extension you should be able to find it.

I'm in an MP league but have the game currently configured to just using the NFL names, etc. and have not moved or renamed anything.

I d/l one from the MP league but there WAS NOT one already in my universe folder. Is this a file that is used only in MP leagues? Or is it a file that can be used by both(the same file)?
