OT: Netscape weirdness (coding)

Ok, I have something that scrolls text up in a litle box on a site I'm doing. It works fine in IE, but the text scrolls too fast in Firefox, and the text is to the right in Netscape (outside the box).

Does anyone have any idea why? :) I know the browsers all format code differently, so text being fasteris whatever... but the text being misplaced is a big problem...

I officially hate Netscape. I've narrowed down the problem... and it's just stupid. If I set my table border to 0, it does what I said. However, if I set the border to 1, it works (but still fast).

Let me ask you all this: how is setting the border relevant at all?? Shouldn't Netscape be looking at the code? :mad:
