Hello, FOFers. I'm new to this... well, actually, I'm getting ahead of myself. I haven't even purchased the game yet. But after reading alot of the posts here I am very excited by the vitality of the MP element of the game. I had FOF 2002 and enjoyed the depth of features and overall involvement.
When I do purchase the game I'd really like to get into (or even create) a league that runs on completely custom teams with custom players, not the stock default players. I ran a few Madden leagues on PS2, created and ran the websites (with full stat tracking via Excel) and have done logo work for my rough touch football league and several fantasy leagues. I have the background that would make me a valuable contributor to an already existing league. Just the thought of a completely custom league is really cool to me. After awhile, the NFL and its players get stale.
Anyway, if there are leagues like this, or if you'd like to eventually collaborate let me know. I'm sure there are a multitude of differences between running a Madden league with formmailed stats and this FOF MP league file system. Its something I'd like to explore.
Thanks, guys, and keep up the good work.
