Who do I need to contact about a bad .exe file to install FOF?

I had downloaded FOF when it came out several months ago. I stopped playing it for awhile, so I uninstalled it. Now, when I try to go back in and reinstall, I get an error message. Who do I need to contact about getting a better file?

its both, if you dont have FOF install, then its the full installation 5.1b

if you have FOF install, its a patch and will update it
