FOF: Cap Increase Range

What should I have this set at to get the most accurate reflection of the NFL? I'm assuming leaving it at default would be correct but the contracts seem a bit low...or does this only have to do with the CAP increase from year to year?

Yes, it only has to do with the cap increases from year to year.

Contracts are tied to the cap, though. We had a big discussion about that in the HFL, but that's what Jim said in an e-mail.

If you want to keep the cap consistent, remember that those cap ranges aren't percents -- they're flat rates. You'll probably need to change it before the next TV contract.
