Am I the only one having trouble with ESPN.com right now? Earlier in the evening, certain articles wouldn't load unless I chose to "open them with firefox.exe," and as of about 4 am Pacific, the whole of ESPN's MLB subdomain is doing that to me. Is that happening to anybody else?

edit - scratch that. Most of it works fine, but i found a couple links with the same problem.

I've been having the same problem off and on with ESPN's MLB page for the past couple of days. Did you install a RSS source news feed from ESPN by chance? I did, and then deleted it, thinking it had something to do with the problem, but I'm still having it.

I'm only having the problem with one link (the breaking news submenu in the upper right of the page), but it's annoying.

Nope. I haven't done a thing with RSS. It just went from working one day to not working the next. It got progressively worse over the day, and the last straw was when the entire site wouldn't load. The site loaded today, but the stories are still doing that to me. I refuse to use IE for one website, so if this is what's going to happen when I visit ESPN.com, I may as well stop visiting.

It's been happening to me off and on (especially in the MLB section). I don't use FireFox for RSS (I hate using a browser for RSS). They probably added a new server(s) and screwed up the MIME setting on some of them so that when you hit that server you get the errors (which is why it is intermittent).
