View Full Version : One Reason I hate winter

It seems that in winter whenever I get my car washed, my car seems to get dirty within three days. I don't really want to spend the money to get it washed again (five bucks is five bucks), and I don't really want to go out into the not-so-warm weather to wash it again. I don't even know why it got dirty again, I guess because it drizzled and then there is some road construction going on down the street so the air is probably contaminated with dirt.
While I'm at it...I hate it when the carwash claims spot free drying, then there are spots on the car in about a half hour.
My small rant is done.

I agree. I hate getting the car washed and then the next day it rains or snows or something.
I hate winter mostly however because of rain.................grrr. It's been pouring all day and I've had to walk through puddles, get soaked by the onslaught from above, and just be in a bad mood because I've had many errands to run that can't be avoided by this shit weather.

I mean, do you just go get the car washed the next day, or wait because you just spent money on it?

A couple of weeks ago I washed my car for the first time in about ten months, and that was only because I made the mistake of parking under a tree at Applebee's and when I came out my car had become a roling piece of bird shit...
