Anyone know if it's possible to start a TCY career in a different year than 2004?

Thanks...

I too would like to know if this is possible. I want to start around early-late 20's if possible.

I'm trying to get a futuristic start for my dynasty... doesn't look like it can happen, unless someone knows how to hack a file here or there...

Change your PC date before you start the game (or wait a year ;) ).

That only worked for the Sierra games I think.

That won't work. I just started a game, and it's 2004.

Just wondering if any of our resident utility gods had a trick for this...

Sorry, it just seemes like it's related to that since the start date is always relative to when you start the game. Unless that's because of the update patches and it may be related to them.

Hmm... maybe this will be an option for TCY2, I guess...

You'll be able to choose the year you would like to create a draft file for with my utility. I finally got the html somewhat figured out. It's not the prettiest in the world, but it's serviceable. I have to do some adjusting on the stats, but other than that it should be finished today.

I'm using the earlier version of your utility to do just that.

I sort of wanted to run TCY in parallel with the FOF career I have going... but, since that won't work, your utility is the only solution. :)
