I love a pickle with a burger, but not on it. I find that as my life has progressed I need the burger, fries and pickle to enjoy the meal, without the pickle it's a let down.

As for pickles, as a still-cold small side item, they're fine.
Dangerously hot, having been nuked along with the rest of the burger, they're gross.

hmm, I beg to differ as the meat part is what i do without..although as a kid those mcdonald burgers with the hot ketchup and pickles really seemed like an abomination

I had a burger made with Kobe beef once. It was a decent burger, but definitely not worth the $40 I spent for it...

Damn straight. One time, a friend of mine was ordering a hoagie and wanted extra lettuce and extra other salad stuff and a friend of mine and I started telling him all he was getting was a salad on a bun. Just get a salad. He got pissed. :)
