No, that's not a trick question. And it's not a euphemism for anything else either. It's pretty straight forward really.
I'm asking how long it's been since you had a day that at some point you thought something along the lines of "Y'know, I feel pretty good."
The question relates primarily to physical well-being, not so much just being in a good mood, etc.

I feel physically good and 'on top of things' when I've exercised or worked out for a few days straight. Lately though, working 60-70 hrs/week since Thanksgiving in some form or another, I have basically felt like shit. Basically running my body down.

Fairly recently probably. I've been doing 30 minute semi-intense workouts after I eat at night for the past few weeks(mostly to get rid of pounds gained from holiday family visits), never been in better shape in my life. Working off nightly meals before they stagnate from no activity at night rocks.

not today, today was the worst day of mylife......
"What about tomorrow. Will that be the worst day of your life."
yup...
Right now. I feel great. Working at GNC part time and seeing others get in shape has really motivated me to do so.

It's been awhile. Work leaves me physically tired, and if that doesn't do it, the insomnia does. But, I "go on vacation" (read: I get a week off but I won't be going anywhere) starting Friday so hopefully I'll feel good soon.

amazing how much quicker a cold goes away by sleeping all day and eating a CNS and OJ diet.

I always wake up each day thinking that it's going to be a great day just because I am alive to see it. :)

Everyday is pretty much a drag at my work, but then I get to head home and see my man and that always makes my day 100 times better! But honestly, I haven't felt 100% satisfied since before Christmas. Alot has happened since then and it's hard to feel completely great when there's things weighing on your brain...

I usually feel with my hands. Sometimes I feel with other appendages...
Also, I usually feel well, but I never feel good.

I am serious here... The last time I actually took note of how great I felt and how wonderful life was was about 8:30am September 10, 2001. I was sitting in City Hall Park drinking coffee and eating a breakfast sandwich. I remember thinking that it was a bit chilly, but not too bad, and soon I wouldn't be able to sit there eating my breakfast in City Hall Park before class due to the changing weather. The air was fresh with the crispness of autumn, and I thought how peaceful a morning it was and how beautiful life was. I had just begun to get my life on the track that I wanted it to be on, and I didn't have too many troubles. It was as perfect a morning as I ever recall.
I then finished breakfast because I didn't want to be late for my English class. As I walked by, I thought about stopping at Barnes & Noble before class, but decided to go before class on Wednesday instead. I was then even early for class for a change and flirted a bit with one of the women in class.
I never made it to that Barnes & Noble on Wednesday. Class was cancelled. The next time I saw the B&N was on a clip on TV, as the store was now burned out. The building I had class in is condemed and still missing one side. Soon it will be torn down. I have never had that peaceful feeling since. I pray that there is a special place reserved in hell for the bastards...

Probably the last time I felt really physically good was in July-2003, about 20 pounds ago. I do work out twice daily 5-6 times a week and that does feel great. However your physical well being is definitely tied into your mental well being. The last time I felt mentally at the "top of my game" was probably December-2002 when I was the City Manager/Finance director of a small city in the burbs of Seattle. I currently have a good job, nice salary but not with the challenges that I so enjoyed about that job.
Now I also believe that both Physical and Mental well being are directly affected/related to SPIRITUAL WELL BEING! Though I am no spiritual superman (yet) my Faith in the Lord never wavers and His strength and His Grace is sufficient for me. So though I have struggled physically and mentally (in the flesh) spiritually I have an endless supply of strength from the Lord!
Everyday is a new morning, a new creation with new and wonderful possibilities.
Happiness is situational but Joy is eternal! Feeling good is nice but having Joy is forever:) (and no I am not talking about a lady).
