...you a) play on-line poker and b) like blogs and c) like blogs ABOUT playing on-line poker, you might be interested in checking out 9-2 Offsuit (http://92o.thefobl.com/index.php) on occasion. Designed by Simms (FOFC member and FOBL Commish) and contributed to by several on-line poker junkies, 9-2 Offsuit is a painless five minutes out of your day that I promise won't make you any smarter.

At the very least, it is incredibly pretty and features the official chips and slogan of the Front Office Poker Tour (http://www.thefobl.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=107) on its front page.

Next up...a blog detailing the lives of folks who love blogs and blogging about other bloggers!

Brilliant!

I'd say it's worth a visit, just to get the first item on PokerPulse.com and from Guiness and Poker, to find the link to http://www.alcanthang.com/poker/ebay_al.html

Nicely done, IMO.

I'm not into poker, but it looks like a well done site.

What is the Front Office Poker Tour? I saw something about it on the FOBL forums a while back. Do you guys play live or online?

What is the Front Office Poker Tour? I saw something about it on the FOBL forums a while back. Do you guys play live or online? Online - we just had our first tour stop recently and our second one is coming up this friday. Basically we all enter the same multi-table tourney (usually on Party) and gather in the FOPT lounge to cheer each other on. Points are awarded based on order of overall finish as well as among the FOPT competitors.

We plan on doing 15 or so tour stops, with your best 10 finishes counting toward your standing (so missing a few events won't kill you). The buy-ins are reasonable - the first one was a 9+1 qualifier for the quarter million sunday tourney. This friday we are going to try a 2 or 3-table tourney for either a 5+1 or 10+1 buy-in (a little more difficult to pull off since everyone would have to register at the same time).

Pretty much open to any non-asshole FOBLer/FOFLer (I was grandfathered in) who is interested and can commit to playing in at least 10 events...

More info in the link above.
