I'd like to see the next Intern be somewhat of a foil to the Sports Guy. Certainly not another New Englander. Not that I mind his obsession with Boston sports, but I think that an Intern who shares all of his interests and rooting passions doesn't really bring anything to the table.

I am pretty sure if you set an age range like that it is legal but it must be defined. I think you can say anything as long as it is defined. I am sure if someone took it to court though it would be a different story.
