NCAA realignments

Does anyone know where I can get a list showing future Divison I conference realignments? I'm tring to update my version of FBCB. Thanks.

This is of course by no means official, but I believe it has all the major moves covered. I have had an impossible time trying to find a condensed list on the net anywhere.
