So I'm in the third year of my current Everton dynasty. This is the first time in some time that things haven't gone horribly wrong.
First dynasty (before patch 5.02) My game crashes and I lose my saved dynasty, we were like in 7th place in the priemer league in my third year.

Second dynasty, I make some bad signings and we lose 7 games in row and I get sacked.

Third dynasty, we do OK, however, we lose money, tons of it. I think we were like 30m in the red. We go into administration and we're docked 9 points near the end of the season. This drops us from 12 place to 19th and then we get regulated. Strangely, I'm not sacked and we spend half of a season in the Championship before I am sacked for guiding the team to a 13th place finish.

Finally, this time around has been pretty good. In the first season I somehow land Deportivo striker Deigo Tristan and we finish in 14th place. In my second season we do great and finish 6th place and make it to the FA Cup final and lose to Aston Villa. Now in my third season we do pretty well, we were in 5th place behind the big four of Arsenal, Chelsea, Man U and Liverpool. And then something crazy happens. Starting January first we start winning, A LOT, we don't draw a game. We've won 10 games in a row and we've jumped up to 2nd in the Priemership (us, Arsenal and Liverpool all have 75 points, but we are 1 point in Goal Difference behind Arsenal and 3 ahead of Liverpoo). I've never had success in FM and had mild success in CM (I only played the lower leagues). We have 3 games left, away against Man U, Home against Liverpool and away against Fulham. This should be a crazy end of the season. I'm on the edge of my seat. Thank you FM.

The Liverpool match will probably be the title decider ... its probably going to get brutal as well, Everton v Liverpool matches are traditionally quite tense and physical affairs (especially from the Everton point of view (cough) ;) ) .... but with the added pressure of the title involved it could be manic.

I'd suggest keeping a close eye on your players at the start of the match and if you see any who appear to be in danger of losing control then ensure you either sub them or set their tackling to 'easy' (ie. tell them to calm down) .... last thing you'll need is a red card during that match.

(this is ESPECIALLY important if you've a very young team - old heads help keep people calm during these sort of games)
