Can't say as I blame him. If I were important enough to matter, and a wealthy company used my name in advertisements for their product without my permission, I'd probably do the same thing.
Dunno if that's the same as having a legal leg to stand on, necessarily, but I don't blame him. If he wins, he'll make more money off the case than he ever made as a ballplayer.

But what would Brian Boytano (sp?) do? That is the real question.
I don't blame him. If I was famous enough, I wouldn't want some company using my name without my approval, especially connected with that piece of crap show.
