The game updated fine on my desktop, but my laptop is a diffrent story. I keep getting this error:

16 bit Windows Subsystem
C:\winnt\system32\autoexec.nt. The system file is not suitable for running ms-dos and microsoft windows applications. Choose close to terminate the application

Check the FAQ at Solecismic. I believe I got this error, or a similar one and was able to resolve it from the information in the FAQ.

It seems the FAQ pointed me to the Microsoft website where it gave me instructions for copying the autoexec.bat file from my original Windows CD.

There is also a line in the FAQ at Solecismic to instruct you to another site where you download a 'fixit' program that will reinstall the 3 files I think are missing and causing this error.
