I tried using my default DVD program that came with my Dell desktop, CyberLink Power DVD, tonight. The picture was clean but the framerate was slow, so I saw "chunks" of the picture moving before the entire picture moved. Basically the movie was choppy.
When I tried to open the DVD in Windows Media Player, I got an error message about the copyright and was told that I couldn't watch the DVD.
All that's changed between the last time I watched a DVD on my computer and now is that I purchased a new Dell flatscreen monitor. Could that be what's causing my DVD problem(s)?
