Streaming Stock Quotes in Excel

Anyone know VB Code to do this? I have MSN's add-in that downloads them every time you click the toolbar button. I'm in to instant gratification.

If its an add-in, put it in the add in folder for excel in your directories, then go to Tools--->Add ins and check it off.

I have the add-in. It works on the click of a button. I'm looking for VB Code that constantly refreshes them without the button click. The add-in is from Microsoft so it's password protected or I would just alter theirs to run forever between 9:00 and 4:30.
