I found this funny, hope noone else already mentioned it as I haven't done a search to check it out.
So I'm browsing Amazon.com and there's a link to Jose Canseco's new book. It's titled "Juiced : Wild Times, Rampant 'Roids, Smash Hits, and How Baseball Got Big
by Jose Canseco".
Standard info there, but didn't anyway else notice Canseco's "other" book, written in 1990? It's called "Strength Training for Baseball"
by Jose Canseco, Dave McKay
along with this review:
A great guide for coaches and advanced players, January 27, 1998
Reviewer: A reader
Jose Canseco, a physically talented... player, spent years with A's trainer Dave McKay. In this work they show the CORRECT exercises to do, starting from an intense stretching regiment through weight training and ending with how to physically become the complete player. Great for those trying to improve their game or get into better playing shape.
I guess they won't be selling any more of that original book
