I know am a bit late but I just wanted to say thanks and great job on the Aging/Development Modifiers that you did for OOTP6. These modifiers completly changed my play for OOTP for the better. I used to use the League Totals option but found that I had to change that frequently in order to achieve the stats I wanted. Again, I just wanted to say thanks for putting your time into it.
