There have got to be some aspiring movie directors here in FOFC. I can't be the only one.
For anyone with Adobe Premiere experience, how would I create a binocular or rifle scope effect on a subject? Where can I find a plug-in (preferably free) for this effect?
Thanks in advance.

Possibly a traveling track matte option.
This may give you the idea of how to do what you
want to do.

If you're talking about encoding, there was just a thread about that. If you're talking about original works, then I don't know of any but others might.
