Ok, I'm trying to set up a wireless internet network at my house. I have:
High speed Verizon DSL
A 2Wire Wireless Network Card
The only thing that I need still is a router.
I found these online but I don't know much about routers, so I thought I'd post it here for advice.

or

Any advice?

How are you getting on the Internet right now? Is it an ethernet cable between the Verizon DSL device and your computer? If so, are there any extra Ethernet ports on the Verizon device? If there are, then you won't need a router.
But if you do need to get one, make sure it works with Verizon's DSL. Most of the big boys will. I have found in my experience that things usually work better with home wireless networks when the pieces are all from the same vendor. If you can find a 2Wire router, that will complement your card.
The other big wireless vendors are Netgear, D-Link, Belkin, and Linksys. I myself have been using D-Link with only a few problems, related to some funky things I tried to do with them.

Dola,
here's a site with a lot of info and reviews on what you are looking for:

I use a Netgear WGR614 to connect my home network to the cable modem. Aside from having to replace the first router that was dead in the box, I've had nothing but good experiences.

I know for a fact that Verizon will support Linksys routers (or, at least they did the last time I talked to them), although really any router (like the Netgear one you have found) will do.
personally, because Verizon will support it, I'd say do the WRT54G, which NewEgg has for $60.
if you aren't going with Linksys, and are willing to dick around with rebates (which I, personally, am not), PCConnection has a B router from Belkin that's free after rebates (http://www.pcconnection.com/ProductDetail?sku=429324) and a G router that's $20 (http://www.pcconnection.com/ProductDetail?sku=5566311).

Yes...Verizon does work with Linksys. That's the setup I currently have.

My wireless connection is degrading quickly. I'm thinking about upgrading to 802.11g. Does that offer a stronger/better signal or just more bandwidth?

Just more bandwidth from the card to the router

Hey Cap, DON'T buy NetGear. I just replaced an 18 month old Netgear wireless router than just completely quit broadcasting the wireless signal. Their tech support SUCKS too. I replaced it with a linksys 802.11g and it has about 2X the range.

BAR NONE get a Linksys WRT54G or WRT54GS you will not be sorry. It's a great router and the firmware (software it runs) is open source so other people have been developing firmware that has extra features.
I pass a ton of traffic through it, including Bit Torrents and it doesn't skip a beat.

G technically can give you better reception.

I use the D-Link DI-624 AirPlus XtremeG w/ my cable modem and I've been very satisfied. Covers my entire house and I've had no problems, and a fairly easy setup.
Don't have any DSL experience though.
