It's a fun little poll someone posted in a hattrick fed (KU). Like all, it's somewhat flawed as these things are. But who knows, it's a fun way to kill 10 minutes.
My results:
# 1. Mainline - Conservative Christian Protestant (100%)
# 2. Mainline - Liberal Christian Protestants (88%)
# 3. Orthodox Quaker (83%)
# 4. Eastern Orthodox (76%)
# 5. Roman Catholic (76%)
# 6. Seventh Day Adventist (73%)
# 7. Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (Mormons) (63%)
# 8. Hinduism (61%)
# 9. Islam (59%)
# 10. Orthodox Judaism (59%)
# 11. Jehovah's Witness (56%)

I guess that's not really too surprising since I'm Lutheran but partial towards the liberal end of it. It's interesting because the questions like gay marriage and abortion I put as N/A yet still fall in the mainline christian conservative camp.

I once asked my girlfriend (a catholic) to take this test, her response was, "Well, I can't really take this test because I don't know what my religion says about all these things. I would need to find out first and then I would be able to take the test."

I too was born Catholic and went to Catholic school but I too would be a Unitarian if I went to a church today. I never quite have the motivation to try out local Unitarian churches though.

Funny. I'm Italian and grew up with the Catholic doctrine drilled into my head from a very early age. As you can see from above, I no longer subscribe to that way of thinking. :)

I kinda like that my sixth-best match is "Neo-Pagan," if only because I've never been a "neo-"anything, nor have I ever thought of myself as a pagan.

Interestingly it got mine right on, although I admittedly cheated and put the "right" answers for a few questions that I wasn't particularly concerned with.

I was about to make fun of you all that are Quakers and then I saw #8. I like the idea of being a Neo-Pagan though. What animals do I have to sacrifice to get in?

So I come up 100% United Universist and decide to go to their website just to check out what this religion is about. (I, like many in this thread, rasied Catholic and it came at about 21%, a little higher than the Jehovah's Witness) Anyways I start reading some of their FAQ's and am generally interested and agreeable to a lot of their ideas. Then I get to question 30 which asks who their leader is. I figure, here we go, this is where all religions get corrupted and suprisingly they have a answer similar to mine. Now I am actually interested and decide to click on the link to their main creators...
About United Universists (http://universist.org/about.htm)
WTF? It looks like a Daily Show bit. The one guy is holding a terminator II ball of liquid in his hand and another guy is wearing sunglasses! Then the creater of the religion looks like the hippie that you always avioded while walking on campus. I was almost ready to tell my religious girlfriend I had finally found the answer to my spiritual being!

The Baha'i? Does this mean I must profess a profound love for the song "Who Let the Dogs Out?" I've never heard of this, yet I am of the blood.

Yeah, I think Catholics tend to break the system. I fit the general descriptions above, scored very low on Roman Catholic and scored very high on Unitarianism, Humanism and Liberal Christian.
I have a distorted view of Catholicism because I was raised Catholic but not inside the Church. My entire family is Catholic, but my mother didn't raise me as part of the Church because she disagreed with some of the "politics." As I have studied religion over the years, I have pretty much agreed with her take -- the Roman Catholicism has tremendous principles on which to lead your life -- essentially leading a good life, performing good works and treating all people with respect -- but that the Church has a history of allowing politics to take precedent over religion.
Here's my convulated religions belief system: From my personal study of religion, science and mythology, I'm more convinced that the universe is a scientific process and than I am of creation by god, but if I'm wrong and there is a god, I think Catholicism is the right one. It's either that or Judaism, but I could never go kosher.
But that doesn't score well in this test. :)

A true seperation of church and state has never exsisted, see in God we trust and the continued recognition by the state of a religious sacrament(Marriage as defined by religion.)

Considering I am currently studying philiosophy of religion, I do not find this suprising at all. I suppose it kinda spoiled it as I knew what each choice would lead to etc. in advance, but anyway it is fairly accurate to my beliefs.

As a midwestern Lutheren, there really shouldn't be any surprise that this is #1 or that the Catholic church is close behind. Coupled with my personal social beliefs, the Liberal protestant would be next. I had my wife do it, and her's were more similar than different, but it also showed her variety, as she has been in many different churches and her beliefs reflected that.

I was born and raised Catholic, still go to a Catholic church, but this places Roman Catholocism right about where I figured it would for me. But I think it is funny that I also scored so high on Islam and Judaism. Maybe I should become a Middle East peace envoy.

Wow, soo off. I am far from sharing the views of the jews, and my religion, which i strongly agree with, is 16th on this list(christian science). Me not answering a few questions might have led it this way, but right now i need to convert to Judaism or islam.

Those of you who are getting "Quaker" shouldn't be so surprised. True Quakers, though not a significantly large proportion of the population, are one of the least understood groups in the list. Contrary to popular opinion, Quakers are not the same thing as Amish, and there are relatively few things doctrinally that separate Quakers from typical Protestants (though, am I mistaken? Or are Quakers typically pacifist?). Anyways, I've taken these tests before and laughed to see how high "Quaker" was on my list also.
The rankings are hilarious, as you could hold an absolutely contrarian viewpoints about important topics (i.e. existence of God, nature of God, nature of truth), but if you agree on minor issues (pacifism, church polity, evolution, etc.) you can get lumped together with religions you couldn't disagree with more on important topics.

Those of you who are getting "Quaker" shouldn't be so surprised. True Quakers, though not a significantly large proportion of the population, are one of the least understood groups in the list. Actually, that's not entirely true. For instance, I ended up as Conservative Protestant. I agree strongly with the major theology precepts but disagree with many of the things that I consider "window dressing" like their stances on abortion, homosexuality, etc. However, since I put those as low priority and the theology points as high priority, I ended up where I did.
So if you don't adjust the importance meters, sure, you'll probably end up somewhere different. And to any Protestant who really holds the religious beliefs on homosexuality in as high regard as, say, beliefs in the afterlife then I think you're really missing the point.
That said, this is by no means a perfect poll. Just a fun little time waster. I'm pretty sure you can't boil down all major religious beliefs into a game of 20 questions much less the minor ones which distinguish some of the more similar belief systems from others.
