My mom's a senior and expressed an interest to get on the internet and learn to e-mail. She phoned me up telling me about one of my old computers so I thought that might have done the trick but it's ancient - Pentium II, 433MHz, Win 95, IE 3 and a 28.8 Modem!
She won't be (I doubt anyways...) playing games and just wants to browse and read Hollywood gossip. :rolleyes: So what's a good starter system for someone completely foreign to computers? Is a notebook actually a better solution?
I was thinking maybe an eMac since it seems to be all-in-one and is the least expensive thing I've found so far.
