Or Miss White, even.

Winnie was such a bitch. Like that time (after she'd already moved from across the street) she started to hang around an older/cooler group of friends. She ended up getting into a car accident and who was still by her side? Though it took her a day or two to swallow her pride and thank Kevin with a *look* out the window when he was eerily peering through her window.

A couple days ago Passacaglia and I were at the grocery store and they were playing bad music as usual and then they started playing the song that was played when Winnie dumped Kevin the first time at the museum. I started talking about how I couldn't believe Winnie would choose Roger over Kevin while we were in line, half trying to embarrass Passa and half expecting the cashier to join in the conversation -- hey, he was our age, he should have an opinion on the whole Kevin/Winnie thing. Anyway, I went on about Kevin and how at least whatever trauma he ever went through brought him closer to his dad, even if it had nothing to do with him. The cashier sadly didn't join in our conversation, so all I accomplished was embarrassing Passacaglia.

They came to understand my anger was meant in a positive way.

It's when I started giving her the finger when she came on screen that I was forced to tone it down a bit.

Which kindof begs the question "why were you trying to embarass him in the first place" but some things I'll just never understand. Always figured a lot of people saw socialization as a zero sum game and stuff like this kindof confirms that.

The theme song - wasnt it "What would you do, if I sang out of tune, would you sing out of tune with me - lend me a ear, and I'll sing you a song , and I'll try not to sing out of tune - oh, with a little help from my friends."

And that's the crap I remember instead of my finance equations.. :D

My diploma is from the University of Kiss My Big White Ass.My understanding is that UKMBWA isn't a D1 school, and its library system is substandard. Employers too seem less likely to respect a UKMBWA degree, I'm told. Frankly, the UCLA degree seems a more attractive option.

Actually, I was trying to remember the song that was playing when Winnie first dumped Kevin. I finally found it on some scarily obsessive website -- it's "God Only Knows" by The Beach Boys. Terrible song.

And math majors from Michigan are much cooler than those from UCLA. :D
