Multiplayer Problem - Need Help, Quick!

Just simulated the first preseason week 1 of the season. Just about every player took a jump or decrease it ratings between the two different league files. Anyone know what would cause this to occur? I've got GMs that need answers now and I don't have any. All global options are turned off, so I don't know what could have caused it.

Perhaps previously it was a case of all teams having one specific scout's view (i.e. like in commish mode)...after 1 sim, it makes the switch to have each owner look through their own scout's view.
