I just got and watch the Miracle on Ice movie with Kurt Russell about the 1980 USA Olympic Hockey Team and felt like watching the original games. i found this site and even the the boxed set with the complete semifinal against USSr and the gold Medal game against Finland together are alittle pricey(49.99) I picked them up. i mean they are history and I remember watchingthe games as a kid so what the hell. I just won't tell the wife how much :p . They come with pregame and postgame interviews pretty good. Also, the Miracle on Ice special edition 2 dvd set is great as well. I just watched the USA/USSR game last week on ESPN Classics. It obviously isn't as intense as it was in 1980, but at the end when they hold off the last few shots on goal by the Russians, you see the Russians deflate with like 10 seconds to go and the crowd is counting down and players are starting to cheer and realize they have to wait till there is no time left and holding back and then.....bedlam.

25 years later, it still brought goose-bumps to see that.

I bought the same set from this site about 6 months ago and it was 30 or 35 bucks. I guess they jacked it up since it is the 25th anniversary.
