My girlfriend is having some more problems with her internet. She can get AIM to work but that’s it. When she opens a site in Netscape or IE it does not load - it says page can not be found. Also her MSN does not work. Any ideas? Should she reset her IP?

Sounds like a DNS problem. AIM works on IP while the rest require DNS. I bet she has a Linksys router.
It's hard to tell from here, of course, but that's what it SOUNDS like. If that's the case, your best bet would be to go into the "TCP/IP Properties" for her network adapter and change the DNS server from one that is collected automatically to one that is known to work. I wish I could be more useful here, but there's only so much you can do from a forum. If you wish, find me on IM and I can walk you through it.
