Well, I have a love/hate relationship with Sen. Bond, but that said I don't think that particularly comment actually isn't even most nonsensical thing about the "Clear Skies" bill much less to ever come out of a politician's mouth. You've seen the president speak, haven't you? And then there's Dennis Kucinich ...
