Does anyone know where to get online programs, like you can get when you go to a live race. I went last night to Remington Park...had a good time, and now want to look at these and kind of handicap my own races.

youbet.com
The best by far...I think you may have to pay for it monthly now, not sure.
EDIT: Oh you're looking for programs? You may mean 'Past Performances' and if you do try equibase.com. It's about $3 for three tracks.

Well, there's the Daily Racing Form (http://www.drf.com/), which offers downloadable past performance data for a fee. They will post free PP stuff for major races, as well.
There's also a site that I like a lot, BRIS (http://www.brisnet.com/
), which offers a wide range of products - most for a fee, some for free. If you ever get serious about this kind of thing

Yeah, I probably meant past performances...I'm pretty much a noob when it comes to horses, I was just looking to see if there was anything free out there since it's Santa Anita Derby Day.

The Equibase company, I believe, now the single source for most of the essential race data. So, other vendors (like DRF and BRIS) take that information, and then add their own proprietary stuff (speed figures, or other special ratings). Most any source will have the essentials just fine.

Here are PPs for the SA Derby, if that's your primary interest:
