Need Some Help

Was wondering if anyone could help me with setting up a new universe with the 2004 players just without the high salaries. I know that I could use the FOF Player Editor (that would take a long time) So if anyone knows of a faster way, that would be great, thanks.

if I get what you're saying, try opening up the csv file in Excel and divide all the salary and bonus columns by 2 or whatever
