[Quick note: There is nothing special about the groupings of five except for the fact that that is how cryptography tends to break up strings. You should look at each set of numbers as one unbroken string.]
Do you need a hint? I'll be generous and give you 2.

I'll start...
Evens
The Beach; Not at Night
Brooks Brothers Product; Female
Juniper Drink City
(just separate the numbers into pairs, divide by two, and map to the alphabet)
Juniper Drink probably refers to Gin; Gin city? Maybe London.

Juniper Drink probably refers to Gin; Gin city? Maybe London. For the middle one, I get:
A Young President and a VE
or
A Young President an Dave
Looking at the answer, I assume this references Kennedy.

Damn. 82 minutes. Pretty impressive. Not the hardest one we've seen, especially once Jim cracked the cypher, but still...

Here's the message the previous enigma left me:
The numbers represent a cypher (duh). They can be broken into two digit numbers, each of which, when divided by two, maps unto the alphabet in the standard A=1, B=2, etc. pattern.
Once you do that, you are left with five phrases, any of which isolated may be hard to deciper, but together will hopefully lead one to think of current Supreme Court Justices
Evens (Stevens)
The Beach; Not At Night (Sandy Day (O'Connor))
Brooks Brothers Product; Female (Souter)
A Young President And A V.J. (Kennedy)
Juniper Drink City (Ginsburg)
That leaves us with four justices unnamed--Rehnquist, Scalia, Thomas, and Breyer. Of those four, Breyer is considered the most left wing, and so his is the one more left than the others. "breyer" is the password.
I'll come up with something tonight, hopefully.
