Assuming the facts are as the judge/jury saw them, how is this PC gone wild? The dude was passed out/unconscious. The woman finds him there and decides to go down on him without his consent or knowledge of it. How is that not rape as defined under the Norwegian law? Without knowing anything about the parties relationship pre-crime, I don't know what I think of this. If I woke up and my girlfriend was ... um, taking advantage of me this way, I would probably feel great about it. Well, he was passed out cold, that part is 100% confirmed by the other guy there. And the part of waking up with her on top was something she confirmed (there never was talk of rape charges so she yapped away), the part were they had conflicting stories was after he woke up...who knows. :)
