I've started having a problem with my MP game with the SFL.
Here's what happens:
1. I open FOF.
2. I click on the "Multiplayer" icon.
3. I click on the "Open" icon.
4. I get the following error message:
"Unable to create multi-player stage file. Data will not be saved. Please restart your system and/or make more room on your hard drive before trying again."
After this I can get into the game, and do regular in-game actions, but I can't export a stage file. When I try, I get the following error message:
"Unable to find multi-player stage file. Data will not be saved. Please restart your system and/or make more room on your hard drive before trying again."
For reference, I'm using Windows XP, SP2. I have more than enough room on my hard drive.
Troubleshooting I've attempted (and failed at):
1. Restart system.
2. Delete everything in "leagues" folder (there go all my CFL box scores...), re-create "Q" file, re-download and unpack SFL current file.
I've also tried variations of removing the league files specific to the SFL, but that's all subsumed in the "nuclear option" - #2.
No dice. Any ideas?
