Is there a utility out there that shows you how your players have been progressing in training since the beginning of the year, or something like that? If so, can someone explain just how it works and/or post a link?

Also, if I download the Gary Training Schedules from sortioutsi.net, how do I "install" them?

Thanks!

If I recall correctly, you have to "import" them using that command on the schedule screen from wherever you saved the files.

In regards to your first question, Frogman has created a utility that works in conjunction with FM Scout and Excel to compare players at any 2 points that you took a snap shot. I'm sure he would be glad to send it to you if you PM your email. Also, I'm glad to send it to you if you PM me.

As EF27 said, I've put together a spreadsheets that can compare skill points movements between two exports of FM Scout. So you basically take snapshots (i.e. exports from FM scout) at different point in time and it can tell you how your player skills are moving...

PM me with an email addy and I'll send you the zipped package that includes instructions.

Not to sound like a dolt, but what is FM Scout? A mod?

Not to sound like a dolt, but what is FM Scout? A mod? It's a third party utility that can read a FM savegame file and pull the player ratings and such. It also can read hidden ratings, which some may view as cheating. The way I have it set up with my spreadsheet is that I ask the utility to pull only ratings that are viewable in the game, that way you're not seeing anything in your FM Scout export that you wouldn't be able to see otherwise in the game...
