i put 100% for double team top WR in the gameplan, and for some reason the opponent top WR still get a lot of attempts and yards.
or if i put 100% for double team 2nd WR, the same problem. the 2nd wr will get alot of yards and attempts.
does this actually work?

Part of it depends on what other things you are doing on defense. For example, if you are running with multiple blitzers you might not have enough players in the secondary to double cover the receiver.

Warhammer thanks.
if i have Linebackers blizing only, than FS,SS and CB wont blitz on multiple blitz right?
if you double team a 2nd WR then who helps the CB double team the opponent 2nd WR, your FS or SS?
if you double team a top WR then who helps the CB double team the opponent's top WR, your FS or SS?
and usually your best cb covers there best WR right?
thanks

Yeesh, lots of questions! :p
1) I think the %s for the player that is multiple blitzing is take the base blitz % from the player blitzing and spread it to the non-blitzing players and then figure out the second blitzer from those numbers (follow that?).
2) In my experience the 2nd coverage player was the FS, but I could be wrong. The CB would have the underneath coverage and the FS would have the coverage on top.
3) see #2
4) Your CBs are dependant upon your settings, you can have your CB cover the top receiver or a half of the field.

i have my wlb, slb, and mlb blitzing and it equal 100%
so it will still blitz other position too?
because i tought if it single blitz it will blitz either my WLB, SLB or MLB and if its multiple blitz it will blitz two of my linebackers only?
"4) Your CBs are dependant upon your settings, you can have your CB cover the top receiver or a half of the field"
if i have 100% to double team 2nd wr and 0% to double team top WR, will my top CB cover the opponent's top WR right? and the FS will help my 2nd cb to cover opponent's 2nd wr?

1) What I think it will do is say, we are blitzing with two players. The first is the MLB (had a 33% chance), the second will be either the SLB (34% + 5.5 (33%/5)), the WLB (33% + 5.5%) or one of the secondary positions (5.5% each). I could be wrong about this, but that is how I believe it works.
4) I misunderstood this question. I think it looks at double coverage eligibility (depending on who is blitzing, what defensive package you have on the field, etc.) Then, if you can double team, you double team the 2nd WR. Your top CB will cover the WR that is either on the left side of the field (if set to cover a side) or the top WR (if set to cover the #1 WR).
If you set your top CB to cover the left side of the field, and their #2 WR lined up on that side, you would double cover the #2 WR with your top CB and your FS while your #2 WR covered their #1 WR.

jb, you may want to search the threads for additional information on double covering the top WR. The way you do it is not quite what you think.
