My poor wee kitty (Wallace) is going to the vet for a check-up this afternoon, and thanks to some work commitments I won't be able to be there with him. Last year his brother (Haggis) had his teeth taken out due to an infection, and it looks like Wally has the same problem, though not very advanced. He's a cute wee bunny and doesn't deserve sore teef, so everybody have him in your thoughts.

And pray for him to be a brave wee soldier too. Hopefully he’ll be cute, calm and collected, even when they stick the thermometer up his bott. Fingers crossed he won't act like a total Tasmanian devil, a whirl of gnashing teeth and slashing claws, as he has been known to in the past. The vet seems quite nice and I don't want her to lose too much blood.

Cheers

One of the funniest thing I ever saw was at the vet. Some time ago I brought a cat there for some kind of checkup, vet comes in and I look at his nametag. It says Dr. Stiffy. Subdued hysterical laughing is how I'd characterize my reaction to seeing this.

Good news is that the wee man is back from the vets, his teefies are mainly ok, not the same thing that cost his brothers his. He needs one extraction of a tooth at the very back that'll he'll have to go back in for next week.

Other than that all the vet said that was bad was that he was a bit tubby. He's his daddy's boy :D

I'm all for your cat living, but if you're a guy, you don't say kitty.

Okay, Buffalo Bill. What happens when one of your kidnap victims gets a hold of Princess?

Or teefies.

I have never wanted to punch a member of this board more than when I saw "teefies".
