I am looking to start up a new informational website for as cheap as I possible can. I don't need a lot of space(less than a gig would even probably work) but would require one email address linked to the site and ideally would like FTP access but I could probably handle some other method. I have done some googling but I know that lots of you out there have setup sites already. So any information would be greatly apprietated.
