Thought I'd pass along the great news, I have signed with Matrix Games (http://www.matrixgames.com). PureSim is the first text sim to join the company and "PureSim 2005 Gold Edition" will be Matrix's first sports release! (Coming late summer)

I'm excited and hope this will be more good news for the sports/text sim genre!

For those of you that have purchased PureSim 2005, I worked it out with Matrix so that you'll be able to get the PureSim 2005 Gold Edition for no additional charge. Its a huge update with full multiplayer, new sandbox mode and a bunch of other stuff. Consider it my way of saying thanks for supporting PureSim in the past!

Congrats. I'm a big Matrix fan. I tried Puresim this year and (don't hate me) I still like OOTP a little better, but I will take another look at Puresim and keep track of what you are doing and I will get Puresim Gold at that price.

Congratulations, Shaun, very nice to see. Matrix is a good bunch of guys; I worked a little with Erik Rutins on one of Talonsoft's games a few years ago. And try to set a good example for Maximum Football, so we see that one before the end of the decade. ;)
