Neighbors with the Rivals

I just moved to Panama City from South Dakota and my new next door neighbor is a self described HUGE sports fan so we began discussing our sports loyaties. Well as my name suggests I am a big fan of Miami sports teams so when the discussion came to college football OF COURSE I told him that I am a Hurricane fan. Guess what? He is a FSU fan! Not only that he is a Braves fan as well while I am a Marlins fan. Now if that is not crazy enough, my neighbor on the other side is a graduate of....the University of Florida. Anybody else have neighbors who are fans of your favorite teams' rivals?

I'm pretty much surrounded by UGA fans, although one of the 2 other known Tech fans in town lives across the street from me & the other is just two blocks away -- we consider ourselves an enclave of taste & sanity ;)

Braves-Marlins are rivals?

I agree. Since 1966 (the Braves 1st year in Atlanta), the Marlins have won twice as many World Series championships as the Braves have :D

I am a huge Steelers fan and my soon to be father-in-law is a Ravens season ticket holder. We don't discuss much football.
