I can't even navigate to the part of the site that I want to without clicking on fricking Colonel Sanders. Well the Colonel and ESPN can both kiss my white ass. Good day!

I bet they also eat eggplant parmigiana and split it four ways...and throw a major fit if there's the tiniest bit of meat in their marinara.

Sorry, that was mean...

If you mention the OG in my thread again, I will delete it.

Nah, you're right -- used to be the same country not too long ago, so yeah, they are essentially the same people.

So you're saved an ass-kicking for the moment :p

Yup. Any ad like that gets the entire ad site blocked from me, and I never see another ad from that ad server again.

Blargh ESPN.com just about eliminated itself from my website rotation list... There's an ad covering the main part, and stays there for a few second before minimizing. Much like sov pointed out, you can't minimize it yourself. And it covers the whole main section (so that whole cricket area in sov's picture).

And now I clicked on some NBA Free Agency Rumor link, and I get a bunch of players with "Insider Only" listed under interested teams and "The Skinny."

Does Insider get rid of the freaking ads???

Hmm...there's usually a twip at the bottom of where the banner would usually end that should close the ad. Admittedly, I also find this annoying as hell, but I don't recall not being able to close it.

Up until now, I have seen the Close/Minimize button. Today was the first time that it wasn't there.
