I am looking to get a basketball game for my PS2 and was wondering what ones you guys like the best and why.

I'd say ESPN for simulation, franchise style basketball and Live '05 for anything with friends. But YMMV.

I really liked ESPN 2k4 franchise mode, unfortunately they completely wrecked it in 2k5.
