View Full Version : FOF2K5 question (Starters playing time)

During the regular season, what do you guys usually set the staters playing time to? I would like to use the recommended button but it always puts the playing time to 6 for the QB (for example) Shouldn't it be 9?

9 means theyll never come out. its a good way to risk injury. i usually set mine to 7's, sometimes 6 and 8. if I have a stud RB i want to get all the carries that my backup fucks with, then I'll do a 9.

seems like a 6 or 7 gets most of the plays.

just experiment and look at the gamelog to see how many plays total they got in.

i think a guy with low endurance will be taken out by the cpu if tire regardless what you have for playing time.

just remember that a 1 means they come out after the 2nd quarter, and everything goes up from there

Am I the only one that see that the thread title say FOF2k5? I didn't even know this was available. So I wouldn't know how to answer your question.

Well, because of the updates Jim released I think most use the term "2k5".

Ah...ok...I guess I have been under a rock. I didn't know most people were saying 2k5. Nevermind me..you can go back to actually getting some relevant answers now.

hey bud, I have referenced FOF2K4 as 2K5 many times in the past. See this (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~fof/forums/showthread.php?t=41442) post for an example. :rolleyes:

I didn't mean to "start shit with you" as per your pm. You are obviously trying to stir something up because of your several posts referencing the new FOF game and whatnot. Calling FOF2k4 "FOF2k5" is playing off of this. Please stop trying to stir something up, it's starting to get annoying (plus, you're just going to get slashed at and ribbed for it, regardless).

I know the timing may have seemed strange, btw. I was at a Tucker JV football game yesterday afternoon, and went straight from there to Date Night with SWMBO. I didn't check the board after around 5:00 or so yesterday afternoon.
