Sports Sims - Live Draft Feature

Seems that most sports sims are missing this feature. Wouldn't it be sweet to connect up to the commish and make your picks live? I've written some code (for another reason) that allows multiple clients to connect and exchange information. Anyways, if FOF had the ability to export rookies to a csv or some text file, you could possibly create an external draft program. Ofcourse the next problem would be entering the results back in FOF.

Anyone know of any sports sims that allow such file manipulation? I'd be interesting in making a live draft module for something.

If you use Extractor(check for gstelmack's sig) you can save the player pool into a .txt file(or it may be a csv).

Ideally, yeah, it would be great to have a live draft program like you get at ESPN for a fantasy draft. And one that lets you save preferences if you arent there live. I think vpi's draft utility is similar to this.

Yeah, if you're really interested I'd get in touch with VPI. His utility is absolutely amazing.

FBPro 98 had a great 3rd party utility that had the draft done live and you can chat too with others.
