Anyone know how to make a good draft file???

I wanna make a Draft File for my online league, but I don't know how... and the only program for that has a broken link apparnetly in the reference guide

ok... i found one and started creating a file, but when i went to import it, it said it had to have at least 800 players.... 800?? how the frick am i supposed to make that many?!?!? can't I just make 30-50 and have the game create the rest?

Even better... you can create 0 and have the game make the rest!
