What up all,

Everybody loves gambling!

I'm going to Vegas for bachelor party part II. Just glancing at the lines, I think these are my nine favorites. Which one of these would you consider a stone cold lock?

A word of caution, Week 1 nothing is ever a lock.

Best line in vegas: anything that gets you a chick.

Whats up with that Car NO line? The line is def. telling us something. Doesn't everyone naturally think that Car will win straight up?

If Washington doesn't annihilate Chicago, I have no reason to watch much football this year.

Oops! That should be Car -6.5 over NO. No wonder that looked so good!

Prepare for a long and dissapointing season Franklin.

I kind of like the under in the Pit/Ten game. I also like the over in the bears skins game(33!) with the skins winning in a blowout. Here's too a great season Franklinnoble.

edit: I think there might be some value in the over of the GB/Det game(46) as well.

I have found in the many years of gambling, especially in week 1 of the NFL, the lines that most don't think will cover actually do cover. Its too early for oddsmakers to gauge and there are very little statistics/trends to go off of, IMHO.

I agree with you. On the other hand, I'm not going to Vegas for the shopping though! :)

I like the over in the Jets game. Both teams should be able to move the ball fairly well.

I took the under in the Pitt/Tenn game. Neither team has a truly explosive offense and Pitt has a decent defense that should hold this game down.
