Salary tax calculation question?

I am interviewing for a jobs and am getting some offers but need to see what the after tax net will be. I will be claiming two dependents and the jobs are in the 55k -75k range. Is a federal 20 % rate a good ratio?

Too low. I'm sure you can get more precise, but your take-home pay will probably be more like 65% of your gross pay - so perhaps use 35% as a tax figure if you're trying to get to your net.

I seem to remember that there are some good tax calculator webpages on Quicken's site (or maybe it was somewhere else). So, I'm not too much help.
